NO GUARANTEE OF AWARD. Intelligent Tenders Inc. ("ITI") provides the Platform, including all AI-generated drafts, templates, recommendations, and other materials (collectively, "Materials"), solely for informational and drafting assistance purposes. ITI does not warrant, represent, or guarantee—expressly or implicitly—that use of the Platform or Materials will result in:
1. a contract award, grant funding, short-listing, or any other favourable procurement or competitive outcome;
2. the avoidance of disqualification, rejection, or loss; or
3. compliance with any specific solicitation, statute, regulation, or industry standard.
SOLE RESPONSIBILITY. You acknowledge and agree that you bear the entire risk as to the accuracy, adequacy, completeness, legality, and suitability of any submission, bid, tender, proposal, or other document ("Submission") that you prepare or file using or in reliance upon the Platform or Materials. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, editing, and approving all content before submission and for ensuring that the Submission satisfies all applicable requirements.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ITI will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss or damage— including lost profits, loss of chance, or reputational harm—arising from or related to any success or failure of a Submission prepared with, or informed by, the Platform or Materials, even if ITI has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
INDEMNITY. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ITI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to any Submission you prepare or file and any outcome thereof.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that ITI's role is strictly limited to providing software tools, and you expressly waive and release any claim against ITI arising from the success, failure, or performance of your Submission.
